Welcome to the "AMAES" website. We invite you to review the legal notices below. By using this site, you are subject to the rights and conditions described herein. These notices are not exhaustively listed; thus, the rights of "AMAES" are not limited to these provisions. "AMAES" strives to regularly update this information. The "AMAES" license is:

• Non-Commercial: only non-commercial uses are permitted.

• Shared under the same conditions: the work can be reproduced, distributed, and modified, provided any adaptation of the work is published under the same conditions as the original work. Anyone wishing to publish an adaptation under different conditions must obtain prior authorization from us.
  

Thus, anyone is free to reproduce and share all information and images on the site by any means and in any format, free of charge, at their own risk.

The person is also free to adapt the documents, transform them, mix them... However, they must clearly and legibly indicate the source of this information: www.amaes.fr and state if they made any changes.

The information used must be for personal, associative, or professional purposes only; any use for commercial or advertising purposes is excluded. File sharing (peer-to-peer) is not considered a commercial use.

Each of the optional conditions mentioned above can be waived after written authorization from the rights holder.

"L'AMAES" implements all means intended to ensure the security and confidentiality of files created from personal data collected on the site. "AMAES" cannot guarantee the confidentiality of user correspondence on the server or any other mode of communication using the "AMAES" platform, which may be intercepted by a third party. However, "AMAES" does not control the functioning of the internet and draws users' attention to the potential risks regarding the confidentiality of data transmitted via this network.

Each user must take necessary measures to protect their data from malicious software.

"AMAES" disclaims any responsibility in the event of:

• Operational difficulties or interruption of online services

• Temporary site interruptions for maintenance or updates

• Site failures or malfunctions in data transmission

• Unforeseeable and insurmountable event of a third party unrelated to the site

The creation of hypertext links to our site is allowed and does not require prior authorization from the "AMAES" publication director.

The information collected about you is subject to processing by Nolwena MONNIER, Department of Techniques de Commercialisation - IUT Paul Sabatier, 115 Route de Narbonne, 31400 Toulouse, for the following purposes: use of the site, notification system, and internal messaging.

The recipients of this data are: site administrators and the data controller.

The data retention period is null after any request for data deletion.

After 5 years of account inactivity, the data will be automatically deleted.

You have the right to access, rectify, port, delete your data, or limit its processing.
